Willis Re Inc. has a position available for a Treaty Analyst in the Dallas office. The Dallas office has 7 Brokers, 1 Contract Specialist, and 1 Treaty Analyst. Our employees use decades of cumulative experience to assist Property and Casualty insurance companies primarily in the Southeast region.
Job duties and skills
The candidate must have communication skills as well as the ability to work independently. He/she must be able to meet deadlines under pressure and have the ability to organize time wisely. The candidate must be an advanced Excel user who is able to handle large datasets. In addition, he/she must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. He/she must be familiar with basic the principles and practices of accounting. He/she will be required to attend two training programs during the first year of employment as well as obtain an Insurance License from the Texas Department of Insurance. Also, the trainee will be required to obtain the Associate in Reinsurance designation from the American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance and reinsurance is a plus.
