The Associate Relationship Manager is our credit analyst training role that leads to the commercial lending career path. Frost offers outstanding formal credit training for ARMs. This is a fabulous opportunity for Finance and Accounting majors, or any business student with at least 6 hours of accounting. We have hired many ARMs from Baylor University in years past.

As an Associate Relationship Manager I with Frost, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of a Relationship Team’s customer portfolio. Responsibilities will include assembling the Relationship Development Packet (RDP) on new extensions of credit; following up with customers to facilitate completion of the RDP; assisting in the review of loan documentation prior to closing and making appropriate parties aware of deficiencies and/or problems and assisting in the actual closing as requested; and reviewing 90-day maturing list with the concurrence office and loan officers on a monthly basis to determine what is needed for the RDP of customer renewals. The candidate will monitor status of team loan portfolio noting exceptions, risk grades, SIC codes, documentation, and making determination of whether the loan was booked correctly on the system.

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance

· Minimum GPA 3.0

· At least 6 hours of Accounting, or equivalent graduate level Accounting coursework

· Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

· Self-starter approach

· Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
