Allstate Insurance Company will be recruiting candidates for its Leadership Development Program at the upcoming Baylor Career Fair.

Candidates will be in a 3-year rotational program throughout the company. Each year they will work in a position within a department that relates to their educational background and/or skills. The program is highly competitive because of the exposure that the candidates have to upper management and because of the amount of control it gives them over their careers. They will be looking for GPA’s above 3.3, enhanced critical thinking skills, leadership experience, and involvement in extra-curricular activities.

Allstate is the largest publicly traded auto insurance company in the US, so there are many paths to choose from—investments, finance, claims, product operations, marketing, technology, sales, etc. The objective of the program is to develop successful leaders in the company by exposing them to current leaders and giving them roles that provide diverse backgrounds.
